These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tennessee.
ZooCrew (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provides mobile pet care tracking, management, and educational features. The App is available under various tiered subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual premium options) as well as any baseline free features that may be offered. Access to specific advanced tracking and features depends on your active subscription tier.
All financial transactions, subscriptions, and tiered upgrades are securely processed and managed through third-party platforms, specifically the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your platform account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All refund requests must be directed to the respective app store platform, subject to their policies.
ZooCrew, including its original source code, user interface, graphics, design layouts, logos, and features, is the exclusive intellectual property of the company. These assets are protected by common-law trademark claims (indicated by the ™ symbol on public marketing assets) and unregistered copyrights. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works of the App without express written authorization.
To access certain features or premium tiers, users must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. Users have the right to permanently delete their account and purge all associated data (including personal profiles, pet data, and historical logs) at any time directly via the in-app settings menu.
Users agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to disrupt the application's infrastructure, or to scrape data from the service. Violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.
ZooCrew is an informational pet care logging and tracking tool. THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE VETERINARY OR MEDICAL ADVICE. All insights, reminders, graphs, or educational materials generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should never replace professional veterinary diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health, diet, and medical condition of your pet.
To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, the App and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including pet health emergencies, data loss, or system downtime resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
